A refreshing, elegant cocktail, a great reflection of Sussex.
40ml Seven Sisters Dry White Vermouth
20ml Stone’s Original Green Ginger Wine
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Basil leaf
1 Dash of Ginger Bitters
1. Pour Seven Sisters Dry White Vermouth, Stone’s Original Green Ginger Wine, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill with ice and shake until icy condensation appears on the outside of the shaker.
3. Pour into a rocks glass full of ice.
4. Top up with Mediterranean tonic.
5. Garnish with a basil leaf and a dash of ginger bitters.
