About our Dry Vermouth

Our Vermouth is crafted from a blend of a rich base wine of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, and a grape spirit, made by distilling a white wine of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The result? Once this unique and delicious base is infused with a carefully-chosen selection of herbal botanicals you have an extraordinary and balanced dry, white Vermouth of great depth, complexity and with a rounded mouth-feel.

Tasting Note & Perfect Serve

Generous lemon verbena and candied pink grapefruit notes are underpinned by deeper tones of artichoke and angelica with a gentle, bitter-orange finish. A dry/fruity/bitter accompaniment to Seven Sisters Gin, in a cocktail such as a ‘Sussex Martini’, or as a stand-alone product, served with tonic as a ‘V&T’ or simply in a glass over ice.
